New start for Combined Transport - Rudy Colle (UIRR) 20/07/06

In an article published on 20 July 2006 in the „Internationale Wochenzeitung“, Mr. Colle, Director General of UIRR, presented a certain number of positions, such as:

• earlier legislation (in particular the White Paper of 2001)
• changes that took place so far
