07.10.2025 | CLIP Group, a leader in the logistics industry, is reporting significant progress in the construction of its newest intermodal terminal in Małaszewicze. A site visit confirmed the impressive pace and quality of the project, which is crucial to strengthening Poland's position as a central logistics hub in Europe.

The most important element of the current phase of work is the pouring of the terminal slab. Over 100 meters of concrete base has already been poured, providing a solid foundation for future transshipment operations. This key element is being executed by TorKol, whose commitment and professionalism deserve special recognition.

Key investment facts:

  • Strategic location:  The terminal is being built in the Free Customs Zone in Małaszewicze, at the junction of the European gauge (1435 mm) and broad gauge (1520 mm), making it a strategic transshipment point on the Eurasian transport routes, being the "Gateway to Europe".
  • Financing:   The total investment cost exceeds PLN 125 million, of which over PLN 50 million comes from the National Reconstruction Plan (KPO).
  • Modern infrastructure: The terminal will be equipped with 6 siding tracks with a usable length of 750 meters, modern transshipment equipment and advanced IT systems.
  • Completion date:   According to the plan, construction is scheduled to be completed in June 2026.
  • Impact on economic development: The CLIP Group investment in Małaszewicze aims not only to increase the company's operational capacity, but also to stimulate the economic development of the region.

"We are monitoring the progress of our new terminal in Małaszewicze. This strategic investment will significantly impact the development of intermodal logistics and strengthen Poland's position on the international trade map. We believe that Małaszewicze will become the heart of the European trade route with the East," commented Jacek Rutkowski, Director of Development and Management of Intermodal Companies at CLIP Group.
