As a single access point (www.cesar-online.com), CESAR provides the most up-to-date status information on trains, wagons and intermodal loading units used in Road-Rail Combined Transport.
The IT-Service company CIS SCRL - CESAR Information Services, based in Brussels, ensures the functioning of the CESAR system, coordinates the integration of further operators and is responsible for the set up of functionalities for trans-European communication with the customers (B2B communication) and amongst the operators.
