The European Commission (DG MOVE) decided to prepare a Handbook to aid the interpretation and implementation of Regulation EC 913/2010 adopted on 22 September 2010 concerning a European rail network for competitive freight by the Member States.
DG MOVE seeked opinions from stakeholders to the Handbook until 31 January 2011, which UIRR provided on this day.
