Acquisition of Seatruck: Naviland Cargo strengthens its Navitrucking network and completes its road transport offering, which complements its rail services.
02.02.2026 | Naviland Cargo is pleased to announce a major expansion of its combined transport operations, with a new milestone in the development of its Navitrucking network through the acquisition of Seatruck. This integration strengthens its road transport offer, contributing to the terrestrial distribution of maritime flows in conjunction with rail transport.
A strengthened whole with 130 freight forwarders, 20 agencies and European coverage.
Naviland Cargo now relies on Navitrucking network, with 70 freight forwarders, generating turnover of €80 million. By integrating Seatruck's services through a new brand, Seatruck by Naviland Cargo, 50 freight forwarders are added to Naviland Cargo's capabilities, generating additional annual turnover of €55 million.
With this merger, Naviland Cargo now has 130 freight forwarders spread across 20 agencies, including 4 abroad (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Spain), generating total turnover of more than €135 million.
Increased operational capacity and leading operational strength, serving our customers.
This whole represents a leading operational capacity. With 750 daily train sets and 1,200 chassis, Naviland Cargo is significantly increasing its transport capacity, enabling it to transport an additional 150,000 Intermodal Transport Units (ITUs) per year.
These volumes are in addition to the 160,000 ITUs already transported by rail each year, confirming the group's ability to offer an efficient and competitive multimodal service.
Fully integrated into the Naviland Cargo network, this development consolidates the company's leading position in France and reinforces its ambition to become a European leader in multimodal logistics with a comprehensive and consistent offering covering maritime transport, terminals, rail, road, repair and ITU storage.
Seatruck by Naviland accelerates thanks to Naviland Cargo's industrial base.
With Seatruck by Naviland Cargo, Seatruck will benefit fully from Naviland Cargo's industrial base: terminals, parking facilities, repair capabilities and operational infrastructure; in order to support its development and improve the quality of service offered to customers.
This merger, which is based on a shared ambition, will improve and consolidate the existing offering by strengthening service continuity, operational performance and commercial proximity, to the benefit of shippers and partners.
