2025/08/11 | Intermodal Container Terminal — TG Park Północ has announced a request for proposals for the construction of an intermodal terminal in Radom. The process is being conducted in conjunction with the call for proposals for funding from the FENiKS fund.

As part of the project of a new container terminal in Radom, the investor plans to build a railway siding, a transshipment yard, a logistics and warehouse hall with office facilities, a rolling stock repair hall, a container servicing hall, as well as supporting infrastructure, including a vehicle scale, a retention tank, a drip pan, access roads, etc. The selection of the contractor will be based on price criteria (80% of the evaluation weight) and a guarantee.

The procedure was announced in the context of the FENX.05.06 Intermodal Transport call for proposals for intermodal projects, run by the Centre for EU Transport Projects. PLN 800 million is available for allocation under this program.

Last year, TG Park Północ announced plans to build the first intermodal terminal in the southern part of the Mazovian Voivodeship. It will be built on the site of a former heating plant purchased by the investor and on adjacent plots. Ultimately, the plan calls for the construction of nine high-bay warehouses, office buildings, parking lots, and loading docks. The new logistics park will be built in stages. The investment is supported by the local government of Radom, which plans to build access roads to the economic zone being established in the city.
